TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE - UK Trade Deals

Orders are normally despatched within 24-48 hours Mon-Fri of order, usually by secure courier delivery (smaller items such as accessories make be posted via Royal Mail 1st class post).

If items are not available we will contact you by telephone or email.

All products are supplied with a no-quibble guarantee included in the box with the product.

No items can be supplied either on trial or 'use and return' basis, except where covered by your Right to Cancel.

For countries outside the UK you may have to pay addition import duty - you are responsible for these extra charges and you are advised to check first.

These items may be illegal in some countries, if goods are seized by your authorities this is beyond our control and you order at your own risk. No refunds will be given for seized items.

If a fault occurs during the guarantee period you must contact Blackspot Customer Support for resolution.

Your Right to Cancel

In accordance with UK Law you may cancel your order subject to the following conditions :

You have 7 days to cancel the order from the day after the date you recive your goods.

You must cancel in writing by recorded mail or email us at info@uktradedeals.co.uk with the original email receipt, including the order number.

The goods must be returned to us is and "as new" condition before a refund is issued. A restocking fee may apply if there is any damage or loss to any product or packaging.

Goods must be returned at your own cost and risk - we advise that you send items via a secure/insured method as we cannot be liable for loss during transit.

Refunds will only be made payable to the named person/organisation as stated in the original billing address.
